<p>We are looking for an Estimation Engineer with expertise in mechanical and electrical (M&amp;E) systems to prepare accurate cost estimates for projects, from tendering through execution.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical and electrical works (HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, electrical systems, etc.)</li><li>Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to determine material and labor requirements</li><li>Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors</li><li>Prepare tender and proposal documents in coordination with the project team</li><li>Track project costs against estimates during execution</li><li>Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors on technical and pricing matters</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field)</li><li>Proven experience in cost estimation for M&amp;E projects</li><li>Strong knowledge of BOQs, tendering processes, and technical drawings</li><li>Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Excel</li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail</li><li>Good communication skills for client and vendor coordination</li></ul>
