Despite the announcement of a ceasefire, the situation in Lebanon remains unstable, with localized incidents, including strikes reported in southern Lebanon. The June 2026 ceasefire has allowed for partial and phased returns of displaced populations, particularly in areas where active hostilities have subsided. The situation is compounded by Lebanon ongoing macroeconomic and institutional crisis which continues to limit recover capacity. High poverty levels, currency instability, and weakened public service delivery systems have left both host communities and displaced populations with reduced coping capacity and limited access to services. In this constraint environment, HI, who has been present in Lebanon 1992, has been able to adapt its programming to the specific emergencies onset as well as keeping some of its long-standing development focus. HI is managing activities covering the following thematics: Health and prevention for the provision of multi-disciplinary rehabilitation services (post operative care, physiotherapy, assistive devices, prosthetics and orthotics and psycho-social support). Inclusive education Inclusive humanitarian action Humanitarian Mine Action, including clearance, advocacy, NTS (non-technical survey) and TS (technical survey), and Education to the risks and effects caused by conventional weapons (including mines, explosive remnants of war and small arms light weapons). Emergency preparedness & basic needs (integrated response through non-food items / hygiene kits etc.; including the support to humanitarian actors via the ALTAS platform when required). The actual intervention was so far managed based on a mix partnership with local structures and organizations, and direct implementation projects.YOUR MISSION:Reporting to the Regional Director, the Country Manager contributes to the implementation of Humanity & Inclusion's mandate and strategy within his/her program. <section>Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities<div class="paragraph">Responsibilities1 . Supervises daily processing schedules and production orders, work procedures, and duty assignments.2. Directs and coordinates production, processing, and distribution.3. Prepares and maintains production reports.4. Assists in developing and implementing production tracking, analyzing production, quality, maintenance, or other operational reports, to detect production problems.5. Assists in setting and monitoring product standards, examining samples of raw products and directing testing during processing, to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality.6. Assists in inventory and cost control programs assigned by management.7. Oversees multiple-shift operations of the ready to eat products: processing/production department.8. Assists in managing all production personnel, including training, development and performance management of all production employees.9. Assists in developing and maintaining all production schedules and assists in determining the staffing levels required to support planned production.10. Monitors raw material and packaging inventories to ensure adequate supply and freshness (rotation) to support production requirements.11. Identifies opportunities for enhanced cost reduction, yield optimization, operational safety, and quality improvements.12. Maintains a visible presence on the plant floor to monitor machine operations and provide technical guidance during all production and sanitation phases.13. Comply with all Global Foods standards and regulations.14. Checks on employees' appearance I Hygiene.15. Checks on Orders of Raw Materials and to check Raw Materials availability16. Checks On equipment (cleanliness, condition and in good working condition).17. Check "Produce Orders" invoices18. Supervises dispatching: double checks orders during the dispatching process.19. Leads and promotes the Food Safety Culture by ensuring full compliance with food safety, quality, hygiene, GMP, HACCP, BRC, and company standards. Acts as a role model for the production team, ensuring all employees understand and follow food safety requirements, immediately addresses non-conformities, reinforces best practices through coaching and training, and takes ownership of maintaining a safe, compliant, and audit-ready production environment always.20. This job is responsible for welding components to specification using TIG, MIG, Flux Core, and Stick welding processes, verifying proper preparation and fit-up of parts, operating fabrication equipment such as brake presses and hydraulic presses, maintaining a safe and organized work area, accurately recording job transactions, and following all company safety and attendance policies while supporting production schedules. <h4>What’s a typical day like?</h4> <ul> <li>Welds components to specified instructions, utilizing standard welding equipment (TIG, Flux Core, MIG, Stick) to predetermined dimensions and tolerance.</li> <li>Verifies and acknowledges component part is properly prepared, fabricated, and braced for the weld process specified.</li> <li>Able to operate brake press, hydraulic presses, drill press, and hydraulic rollers.</li> <li>Maintains, organizes, and cleans equipment and the work area.</li> <li>Accurately records job transactions and router hours.</li> <li>Abides by all company policies with emphasis on attendance and safety.</li> <li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <h4>What are the requirements of the job?</h4> <ul> <li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED required).
