<p>We are seeking a proactive and organized Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic pest control team in Lebanon. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient daily operations, coordinating schedules, and supporting our field technicians to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure timely service delivery.
- Schedule and dispatch pest control technicians based on client requirements and availability.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, customer interactions, and operational reports.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to enhance client satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels of pest control supplies and request replenishments as needed.
- Assist in preparing operational reports and analyzing performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all operational processes.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.</p><p>- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in operations management, administration, or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
- Familiarity with scheduling software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Prior experience in pest control or a related service industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.</p>
