<p><strong>Background </strong> <br> Lebanon continues to face complex and overlapping crises, including profound socioeconomic hardship, structural challenges, and the burden of hosting large refugee populations. Women and girls remain disproportionately affected by heightened risks of Gender-Based Violence (GBV) and reduced access to essential Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) services. </p><br><p>To respond to these critical needs, UNFPA Lebanon operates across the country in close collaboration with the government, local implementing partners, and key donors. Sustaining and scaling UNFPA’s life-saving interventions requires engaging a wider array of stakeholders. Effective strategic communication, partnership development, and evidence-based advocacy are vital to articulating UNFPA's value proposition, demonstrating impact, and securing the resources necessary to support vulnerable women and girls. To achieve this, UNFPA Lebanon is seeking a qualified National Individual Consultant for Impactful Partnership Communication on a part-time basis for 6 months to drive strategic relationship-building and resource generation across the country office's portfolio.</p><br><p><strong>Scope of work</strong></p><br><p>Working on a over 6 months, the consultant will carry out the following key tasks:</p><br><p>A. Dedicated Mustaqbali Khayari Joint Programme Communication & Visibility Plan </p><br><p>The consultant will be responsible for executing the C&V plan for the joint UNFPA-UNICEF programme funded by the Embassy of Sweden:</p><br><ul> <li>Participatory Branding & Visual Identity: Lead "design brainstorming workshops" with adolescent girls at SDCs to co-create the Mustaqbali Khayari brand identity (logo variations, color palette, icons) ensuring it is integrated alongside official partners and logos.</li> <li>Physical Visibility Materials: Coordinate the design, production, and dissemination of visibility materials to all supported centers, including branded banners and vests for implementing partners.</li> <li>Campaign-Aligned Social Media: Produce at least one high-engagement social media post per quarter (e.g., carousels, custom visuals) aligned with key international dates (March 8, June 19, August 12, October 11, and the 16 Days of Activism). Ensure the donor is tagged/mentioned on all online posts and facilitate pre-clearance approvals with the Embassy of Sweden prior to posting, as well as coordination with UNICEF. </li> <li>Impactful Storytelling (Multimedia): Produce 2 impact videos and 2 written Human Interest Stories (HIS) to highlight the life-changing impact of implemented activities for publication on UNFPA/UNICEF social media channels.</li> <li>Monitoring & Reporting: Track reach, engagement, and sentiment analytics for all content, synthesizing this data into a comprehensive section for outcome-based annual reporting.</li></ul><p>B. Partnership communication strategies</p><br><p>In addition to the Mustaqbali Khayari portfolio, the consultant will manage ongoing visibility and content generation for UNFPA Lebanon's communication strategies for partnerships and donors.</p><br><ul> <li>Facility Visibility & Partner Branding: Coordinate and oversee the installation of branded materials and plaques across supported facilities (PHCs, SDCs, and WGSSs) in Lebanon, ensuring strict adherence to the specific branding and visibility guidelines of selected partners.</li> <li>Weekly Audiovisual Posts: Produce, edit, and publish at least 1 weekly audiovisual post, generating consistent, high-quality content (short video clips, photo stories) that highlights field activities, life-saving outcomes, and donor partnerships.</li> <li>Branding Audit & Quality Control: Conduct regular compliance checks during field visits to ensure logos are correctly displayed across all physical spaces and digital collateral produced by local implementing partners.</li> <li>General Impact Documentation: Support the ongoing documentation of UNFPA’s broader humanitarian response in Lebanon, ethically collecting stories and visuals from the field that demonstrate the direct outcomes of partnerships. </li> <li>Event & Visit Support: Organize and support donor events, high-level field visits, and strategic engagement initiatives aimed at existing, prospective, and individual donors to demonstrate UNFPA’s operational footprint and field-level impact. </li> <li>Briefing & Advocacy Materials: Prepare, package, and disseminate high-quality briefing notes, factsheets, partner profiles, and pitch materials tailored for partner engagement and high-level advocacy meetings. </li> <li>Proposal & Investment Case Support: Draft and refine narrative proposals, concept notes, and return-on-investment briefs for UNFPA's core priorities. </li></ul><p><strong>Duration and working schedule</strong> </p><br><p><u>Duration</u>: 6 months (16 days a month).</p><br><p><u>Timeframe</u>: Month 1 to Month 6 </p><br><p><strong>Place where services are to be delivered </strong></p><br><p><u>Base</u>: Beirut, Lebanon (UNFPA Lebanon Country Office ).</p><br><p><u>Field Travel</u>: Occasional field visits to supported facilities (PHCs, SDCs, WGSSs) across Lebanon.
