<h4>Responsibilities</h4>
<li>Lead day-to-day maintenance execution during assigned shift, including responding to breakdowns, directing technicians, and keeping production lines running.</li>
<li>Execute scheduled preventative and predictive maintenance work orders using MaintainX (CMMS).</li>
<li>Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and refrigeration issues alongside the crew.</li>
<li>Manage shift handoffs with discipline - communicate active issues, in-progress work, and outstanding risks to incoming shift leadership.</li>
<li>Coach and develop maintenance technicians on best practices, safety standards, and technical skills.</li>
<li>Enforce safety, food safety, and GMP standards during shift operations in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Document downtime events, root causes, and corrective actions; surface recurring issues for PM program improvement.</li>
<li>Coordinate with production supervisors on shift to align maintenance work with production schedules and minimize disruption.</li>
<li>Support new production line commissioning, equipment installations, and PM development.</li>
<li>Maintain parts staging and tool readiness for shift operations; flag critical inventory gaps to the maintenance manager.</li>
<li>Escalate appropriately to the maintenance manager - own what can be owned, escalate what needs visibility.</li>
<li>Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across the shift.</li>
<h4>Qualifications</h4>
<li>Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing or a similar regulated production environment.</li>
<li>1+ year in a lead, supervisory, or working-foreman role.</li>
<li>Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot motors, conveyors, pneumatics, hydraulics, and packaging/processing equipment.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of refrigeration systems preferred.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of electrical systems sufficient to direct technician work, read schematics, and support PLC-controlled equipment.</li>
<li>Familiarity with CMMS systems; MaintainX experience a plus (equivalent platforms such as SAP PM, eMaint, or Maximo transferable).</li>
<li>Understanding of food safety and regulatory compliance standards (HACCP, GMPs, SQF/BRC, OSHA).</li>
<li>Strong communication and shift-handoff discipline.</li>

<p>The Low/High Voltage Electrician A / Instrumentation Technician has the responsibility of servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining equipment in LTC utilities that includes high purity water, compressed air, steam, chilled water, glycol, city water, and sewers. The Low/High Voltage Electrician A / Instrument Technician is expected to display good customer service skills and to ensure that utility equipment and buildings are maintained at all utility locations. <p>Provide technical start-up, checkout and programming for building automation and control systems. Maintain and grow the “Client for Life” concept for existing and new customers. Performs related work as required.</p>
<h4>Essential functions and responsibilities</h4>

<li>Ability to read and write code ladder logic, structured text, and function block programming</li>
<li>Mentor, train, and oversee Automation Technician I and IIs</li>
<li>Ability to lead medium to large size projects</li>
<li>Point-to-point checkout of wiring and components for proper grounding, polarity, communication, and power</li>
<li>Set up and calibration of input and output devices such as temperature sensors, pressure transducers, etc.</li>
<li>Uploading, downloading, and modification of control software and programs</li>
<li>Perform networking functions such as setting up IP addresses, subnet masks, MAC addresses, and instance numbers</li>
<li>Create and troubleshoot automation networks and communication protocols</li>
<li>Identify and troubleshoot complex automation HVAC and electrical systems including but not limited to psychometrics, refrigeration, building pressure controls, life safety systems, EPMS, process controls, steam heating, humidification and de-humidification, and central heating and cooling systems</li>
<li>Map control points into supervisory controller and add alarms and history extensions to supervisory controller points</li>
<li>Map control points into graphical front end and link points to graphics</li>

<h4>Minimum education & experience required to perform essential functions</h4>
