<br>- Ensure that all products purchased are always of correct quality & quantity with the coordination of the storekeeper.
<br>- Issue the couriers of the company.

The successful candidate will support the Distribution Manager in overseeing daily bulk propane (Vrac) distribution operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and operational excellence.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring daily bulk propane (Vrac) distribution operations.</li><li>Coordinate with the Drivers, Maintenance, Sales, and Customer Service departments to ensure smooth and uninterrupted distribution activities.</li><li>Monitor fleet availability and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize vehicle reliability and operational efficiency.</li><li>Supervise drivers and delivery assistants, ensuring attendance, operational compliance, and adherence to delivery schedules.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, Lebanese transportation regulations, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards.</li><li>Monitor distribution performance, delivery efficiency, and customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.</li><li>Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports, delivery records, and distribution documentation.</li><li>Resolve operational challenges and customer delivery concerns promptly and effectively.</li><li>Support the implementation of initiatives that improve distribution processes and optimize operational efficiency.</li><li>Act on behalf of the Distribution Manager during their absence, ensuring the continuity of daily operations.</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in distribution, logistics, transportation, or fleet operations, preferably in the LPG, oil & gas, or FMCG industry.</li><li>Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li><li>Good knowledge of fleet management and transportation operations.</li><li>Familiarity with HSE standards and Lebanese transportation regulations is an advantage.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with ERP systems is preferred.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p></p></section>
