<br>We’re looking for a Barista to join our team and handle the day-to-day café operations at WAY.
<br>
<br>Working Hours
<br>Monday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
<br>Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
<br>Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
<br>Thursday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
<br>Friday: Off
<br>Saturday: Off
<br>
<br>Rate & Benefits
<br>USD 3.50–4.00/hour, depending on experience.
<br>Free access to WAY’s studio activities and pottery sessions.
<br>
<br>Main Responsibilities
<br>
<br>• Preparing and serving coffee, matcha, and other beverages
<br>• Taking and preparing customer orders
<br>• Providing friendly and professional customer service
<br>• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the café and bar area
<br>• Monitoring café stock and reporting items that need replenishment
<br>• Preparing the café for opening and properly closing the bar area
<br>• Assisting during events and busy studio periods
<br>• Supporting other day-to-day café and studio operations when needed
<br>
