The role shall compare architectural, interior design, structural, MEP, façade, fire and life-safety, and specialist packages to identify clashes, omissions, constructability risks, and inconsistencies.

<br>The coordinator shall maintain a clear record of design comments, drawing revisions, technical queries, and coordination actions. Before work proceeds, the coordinator shall ensure that the relevant drawings and technical information are current, coordinated, approved, and understood by the parties executing the works.

<br>The role shall serve as the daily technical interface between the architect and design consultants on one side, and the project delivery team on the other. <br>The Site Technical Coordinator shall translate approved design intent into practical on-site guidance without making unauthorized design changes.
