<h4>Requirements</h4>

<li>5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, retention marketing, or email and SMS marketing.</li>
<li>Proven experience managing lifecycle marketing for DTC ecommerce brands is required.</li>
<li>Strong expertise with Klaviyo or equivalent enterprise email marketing platforms.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience building lifecycle strategies, customer journeys, segmentation frameworks, and marketing automations.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting customer cohorts, retention metrics, lifetime value (LTV), customer behavior, and campaign performance.</li>
<li>Demonstrated success improving customer retention, repeat purchase rate, subscription performance, or customer lifetime value.</li>
<li>Experience designing and evaluating A/B tests with clear business objectives.</li>
<li>Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose business challenges before recommending solutions.</li>
