We are looking for an experienced and reliable General Foreman to supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site. The General Foreman will oversee site teams, subcontractors, and daily work progress while ensuring that work is completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.

<br>Monitor the proper use and availability of materials, tools, and equipment.
<br>Coordinate deliveries and ensure materials are available when required.
<br>Maintain good housekeeping and organization of the construction site.
<br>Assist in resolving site conflicts and coordinating different trades to avoid work interruptions.
<br>Monitor subcontractors' performance and ensure compliance with project requirements.
<br>Prepare or provide daily updates on manpower, progress, site activities, and any issues encountered.
<br>Ensure that work is completed within the required quality, time, and safety standards.

<br>8+ years of experience in construction, with proven experience in a General Foreman or Senior Foreman position.
<br>Strong experience in managing construction site activities and multiple teams.
<br>Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site operations.
<br>Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
<br>Strong leadership and team management skills.
<br>Good communication and coordination skills.
<br>Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
