The effective functioning of the ISF is critical to ensuring public order, promoting smooth movement of populations, and enforcing eventual restrictions or securing of certain sites. ISF s visible presence and service delivery significantly contributes to creating a safer, more inclusive and stable environment. In order to support the continued provision of formal security services, the ISF must ensure its physical presence on field as frontline responders. As part of its efforts within this context, UNDP procured the installation of spare and labour for 35 ISF Nissan cars. We pride ourselves on blending expertise, quality, and innovation to maintain our leadership in the personal care industry.</p><p><b>Role Description: </b>The Maintenance Technician is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and machinery to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations. This role involves performing preventive maintenance, responding to breakdowns, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations. The Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in minimizing downtime and maintaining operational efficiency.</p><p><b>Job Description:</b></p><p>· Troubleshooter able to solve any mechanical or electrical breakdown through a smart root cause analysis and problem solving.</p><p>· Coordinate with all other departments and implement the preventive maintenance program for all the plant machines and utilities on a daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. </p><p>· Fast response further to any corrective maintenance request due to any breakdown in any production line. </p><p>· Follow-up the plant production lines and assist the operator in solving their job-related problems</p><p>· Maintain inventory and minimum stock of spare parts. </p><p>· Conducting daily routine inspections of premises and equipment. </p><p>· Overseeing contractors when new production line installations occur.</p><p>· Ensure routine calibration and maintenance requirements of a variety of electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems are undertaken. </p><p>· Fill regularly all maintenance reports and machine data cards with compliance with ISO requirements. </p><p>· Perform additional duties as dictated by the Group Operations Manager.</p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2>
