Negotiate priorities and resource allocation when demand exceeds available capacity. Communicate difficult resourcing decisions clearly and professionally while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.</p><p><strong>People Management & Talent Development</strong> Maintain a strong understanding of each resource's technical capabilities, experience, strengths, career objectives, and development opportunities. Match resources with assignments that balance business needs with professional development and career progression. Conduct regular performance and engagement follow-ups with Centre of Excellence resources. Provide coaching, feedback, and support to help employees improve their performance and develop professionally. Identify performance concerns early and coordinate appropriate improvement actions with relevant leaders. Support succession planning and retention of high-performing and high-potential talent. Promote a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance culture across the Centre of Excellence.</p><p><strong>Utilization, Capacity & Performance Management</strong> Monitor utilization, workload, capacity, resource availability, and other key resource management KPIs. Analyze resourcing data and translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership. Develop action plans to improve utilization, workload balance, capacity management, and resource effectiveness. Identify resources that are underutilized or overloaded and proactively rebalance workloads. Provide regular reporting and insights on resource demand, capacity, utilization, performance, and upcoming requirements. Use data to support workforce planning and resource investment decisions.</p><p><strong>Technology & AI Capability Development</strong> Maintain a high-level understanding of the technology, software development, AI, and automation initiatives being delivered across Aspire.
