<p><strong>I. Student Records Administration and Banner Management (30%)</strong> Maintains and updates student academic records in Banner while ensuring data integrity and compliance with University regulations. Processes student record transactions including withdrawals, readmissions, record reactivation, leave of absence, curriculum updates, student status changes, class changes, and academic record corrections. Implements approved change of grade requests. Maintains student holds and releases administrative and academic holds as authorized. Generates Alternate PINs and manages registration permissions. Verifies the accuracy and consistency of student academic information across Banner modules. Conducts periodic audits to ensure the integrity of student records. Supports implementation of academic policies affecting student records. <strong>II. Registration and Academic Operations (20%)</strong> Supports semester registration activities and assists in resolving registration-related issues. Implements registration decisions approved by academic units. Maintains registration parameters including credit load limits and registration controls. Student Services and Communication (40%)</strong> Responds to inquiries from students, faculty, and administrative offices regarding student records and registration. Provides guidance on academic regulations related to student records. Assists students professionally through in-person, telephone, email, and TDX communications. Collaborates with Admissions, Financial Aid, Faculties, Graduation, Curriculum, and other University offices to resolve student issues. Performs other related duties as assigned.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Education, or another relevant field. Three to five years of progressively responsible experience in higher education administration, student information systems, academic records, or a related administrative field. Excellent knowledge of Banner Student Information System. Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suit, particularly Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with TDX. <br>• Contact clients to arrange payments, keeping accurate records and reporting on collection and transaction activities.
<br>• Process suppliers’ invoices and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
<br>• Support in monthly closure process by preparing journal entries, reconciliations, monthly financial statements and reports.
<br>• Assist in monthly payroll process and maintain payroll records.
<br>• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
<br>• Coordinate with other departments to support company financial and operational goals.
<br>Education & Experience:
<br>• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
