-Answer incoming phone calls from patients and handle their requests in a professional and timely manner. <br>
-Perform outgoing calls based on assigned call lists and follow the approved scripts, protocols, and procedures. <br>
-Assisting patients as necessary by taking actions to provide high level services according to their needs while always striving to exceed their expectations. <br>
-Schedule, manage, and update patient appointments. <br>
-Confirm appointments and follow up with patients when needed. <br>
-Review daily tasks, communications, and pending follow-ups to ensure proper completion. <br>
-Handle incoming and outgoing emails in accordance with internal procedures. <br>
-Process faxes and ensure that all received information is properly reviewed and forwarded when needed. <br>
-Prepare and send reports to the concerned Manager whenever required. <br>
-Escalate urgent, sensitive, delayed, or unresolved cases to the concerned Manager. <br>

Respond to program error messages by finding and correcting problems or terminating the program. Provide technical guidance and recommendations to resolve business problems. Refer major hardware/software problems or defective products to vendors or technicians for service. Enter commands and activate controls on computer and peripheral equipment (e.g., printers) to integrate and operate equipment. Maintain and upgrade hardware and software, including peripherals (e.g., printers, scanners) and website technical architecture related to hardware and telecommunication connectivity.<br>Report work related accidents, or other injuries immediately upon occurrence to manager/supervisor. Identify and correct unsafe work procedures or conditions and/or report them to management and security/safety personnel. Follow property specific procedures for handling emergency situations (e.g., evacuations, medical emergencies, natural disasters). Talk with and listen to other employees to effectively exchange information. Exchange information with other employees using electronic devices (e.g., pagers and two-way radios, email). Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e.g., small print). Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines (e.g., to identify defects). Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Key Responsibilities

<br>• Provide accurate information regarding menus, pricing, services, event packages, and availability.
<br>• Receive, process, and confirm catering orders while ensuring all customer requirements are accurately documented.
<br>• Prepare quotations and proposals and follow up on inquiries to support sales conversion and customer retention.
<br>• Coordinate event requirements, including guest count, venue details, delivery schedules, dietary requirements, and special requests.
<br>• Maintain accurate customer records, order details, and communication logs within the company system.
<br>• Handle customer complaints, concerns, requests, and last-minute changes professionally and efficiently.
<br>• Conduct post-event follow-up with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement.
<br>Event Operations
<br>• Execute catering events according to confirmed client requirements and company standards.
<br>• Coordinate with kitchen, logistics, drivers, and service teams to ensure timely and successful event delivery.
<br>Food & Beverage Service
<br>• Ensure food and beverages are prepared, handled, and served according to company quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.

<br>• Maintain proper food handling, storage, and temperature controls at all times.
<br>Team Coordination
<br>• Assist in training new employees on operational procedures, service standards, and company policies.
