1. Job Purpose
<br>
<br>The Medical Representative – Dental Line is responsible for promoting and selling MedisPharm’s dental products within the assigned territory of Beirut and Dahieh.
<br>
<br>The position is responsible for developing and maintaining strong professional relationships with dentists, dental clinics and centers, pharmacies, and other relevant healthcare professionals, while achieving assigned sales targets, expanding the customer base, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing the company’s approved sales and promotional strategies.
<br>
<br>2. Key Responsibilities
<br>
<br>- Conduct regular and planned visits to dentists, dental clinics and centers, pharmacies, and other relevant customers across Beirut and Dahieh.
<br>
<br>- Promote and present MedisPharm’s dental products in a professional and informative manner, clearly explaining product features, benefits, applications, and competitive advantages.
<br>
<br>- Achieve the assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the Dental Line within the assigned territory.
<br>
<br>- Develop, maintain, and strengthen long-term professional relationships with dentists and other healthcare professionals.
<br>
<br>- Identify new customers and business opportunities within Beirut and Dahieh and develop them into active accounts.
<br>
<br>- Regularly assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products from the Dental Line portfolio.
<br>
<br>- Follow up on customer orders and coordinate with the relevant internal departments regarding product availability, order processing, and delivery requirements.
<br>
<br>- Monitor market activity within the assigned territory and provide management with relevant information regarding customer needs, market trends, and business opportunities.
<br>
<br>- Monitor competitors’ products, prices, promotions, activities, and market presence, and provide regular feedback to the direct manager.
<br>
<br>- Implement approved promotional activities and sales initiatives for the Dental Line in accordance with company policies and strategies.
<br>
<br>- Participate in dental conferences, exhibitions, scientific events, seminars, workshops, and other professional activities when required.
<br>
<br>- Build strong professional relationships with dentists and dental professionals to increase awareness and appropriate utilization of the company’s products.
<br>
<br>- Follow up with existing customers to maintain business relationships, increase customer loyalty, and identify opportunities for additional sales.
<br>
<br>- Ensure accurate and timely recording of customer visits, sales activities, opportunities, and relevant customer information in the company’s CRM or approved reporting system.
<br>
<br>- Prepare and submit regular reports covering customer visits, sales performance, new business opportunities, market developments, and competitor activities.
<br>
<br>- Follow up on customer payments and outstanding balances in coordination with the Accounting Department or relevant department, when required.
<br>
<br>- Maintain a professional image of MedisPharm during all customer visits and external activities.
<br>
<br>- Plan and organize daily routes and customer visits efficiently to ensure adequate coverage of Beirut and Dahieh and maximize territory productivity.
<br>
<br>- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of MedisPharm’s Dental Line portfolio, product applications, competitors, and relevant market developments.
<br>
<br>- Ensure compliance with MedisPharm’s internal policies, procedures, approved promotional practices, and applicable regulations.
<br>
<br>- Collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Warehouse, Accounting, and other relevant departments.
<br>
<br>- Perform any other relevant duties and responsibilities assigned by the direct manager.
<br>
<br>3. Educational Qualifications
<br>
<br>- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Dentistry, Medical Sciences, Life Sciences, or another relevant field.
<br>- Additional education or training in dental products, healthcare sales, or related fields is considered an advantage.
<br>
<br>4. Experience
<br>
<br>- Previous experience in Medical Representation, Pharmaceutical Sales, Dental Sales, or Healthcare Sales is preferred.
<br>- Experience dealing with dentists, dental clinics, pharmacies, or dental healthcare professionals is considered an advantage.
<br>- Knowledge of the dental market in Beirut and Dahieh is a plus
Job Description
<br>• Oversee and manage the end-to-end accounts payable process across all restaurant branches, ensuring invoices are accurately verified, coded, and processed in a timely manner.
<br>
<br>• Review and approve invoice matching (three-way match against purchase orders, delivery notes, and receiving reports) performed by AP staff, and resolve escalated discrepancies.
<br>
<br>• Supervise, guide, and review the work of Accounts Payable Specialists/clerks, ensuring adherence to internal controls, policies, and deadlines.
<br>
<br>• Review and approve weekly/monthly payment runs (checks, bank transfers, or online payments), ensuring alignment with vendor terms, approval hierarchies, and cash flow requirements.
<br>
<br>• Serve as the senior point of contact for suppliers on payment matters, contract terms, pricing disputes, and relationship management, including leading negotiations on payment terms and settlement of significant balances.
<br>
<br>• Perform and/or review monthly reconciliations of vendor statements and the AP subledger against the general ledger, ensuring full resolution of aged or disputed items.
<br>
<br>• Monitor and analyze food, beverage, and supply costs across branches, flagging cost variances and working with operations/procurement teams to support cost control initiatives.
<br>
<br>• Ensure accurate month-end and year-end close activities related to AP, including accruals for unbilled goods/services, prepayments, and AP aging analysis.
<br>
<br>• Prepare AP-related management reports (aging summary, cash outflow forecasts, vendor spend analysis) for senior management and support budgeting/forecasting related to payables.
<br>
<br>• Ensure compliance with tax regulations (VAT, withholding tax, etc.), company policies, and statutory requirements across all locations.
<br>
<br>• Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules, providing documentation, and addressing auditor queries related to accounts payable.
<br>
<br>• Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and stronger internal controls across the AP function in a multi-branch environment.
<br>
<br>• Coordinate with the procurement/purchasing department to ensure proper approval workflows and to prevent duplicate or unauthorized payments.
<br>
<br>• Assist in evaluating and onboarding new suppliers from a financial and payment-terms perspective.
<br>Job Requirements
<br>• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
<br>• Experience: 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2–3 years in a senior or supervisory accounts payable role, preferably within the restaurant, hospitality, retail, or multi-branch/multi-unit environment.
<br>
<br>• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in accounting/ERP software and advanced Excel skills. Experience with POS and inventory management systems is a plus, given the need to reconcile purchasing and cost data across branches.
<br>
<br>• Attention to Detail & Accuracy: High level of precision in reviewing large volumes of financial transactions and reconciliations across multiple locations.
<br>
<br>• Negotiation & Communication Skills: Strong ability to negotiate payment terms with suppliers and communicate effectively with vendors, branch managers, procurement, and senior management.
<br>
<br>• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze cost trends, identify discrepancies, and recommend process or control improvements.
<br>
<br>• Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple priorities, vendors, and branches simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

<br>• Integrity & Confidentiality: High level of trustworthiness in handling sensitive financial, vendor, and company data.

This role provides advanced technical support, handles complex IT issues, supports ERP systems and business applications, assists in IT projects, and contributes to software development, integrations, automation, and digital transformation initiatives across the company.
<br>MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

<br>REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS
<br>• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field• 4–6 years of proven experience as an IT Specialist, Senior IT Support, IT Administrator, Systems Administrator, or similar role• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, servers, networking, and IT infrastructure• Good experience in ERP systems; Odoo experience is preferred• Good knowledge of software development, scripting, databases, APIs, reporting tools, and system integrations• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft 365, email systems, cloud services, and business applications• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices, firewalls, antivirus systems, backups, access control, and disaster recovery procedures• Experience in network management including LAN/WAN, VPN, VLANs, routers, switches, wireless networks, and IP systems• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills• Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow priorities, work independently, and perform under pressure• Strong communication, teamwork, and coordination skills• Ability to document systems, train users, and explain technical information clearly•
