<br>Key Responsibilities

<br>On-site installation: Deliver, install, configure, and test laptops, desktop computers, printers, photocopiers, monitors, networking equipment, and other IT devices at client premises.

<br>Equipment delivery: Handle frequent deliveries of IT equipment to clients, ensuring products are transported safely and delivered on time.

<br>Technical support: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, printer, and basic network issues at client locations.

<br>Setup and configuration: Install Windows, drivers, applications, peripherals, and perform initial device configuration.

<br>Equipment preparation: Prepare, inspect, configure, and test equipment before delivery and installation.

<br>Client handover: Ensure equipment is working properly, obtain delivery acknowledgements when required, and maintain a professional attitude with clients.

<br>Field operations: Travel regularly to client offices, project sites, and other locations to complete installations, deliveries, and maintenance visits.

<br>Inventory handling: Assist with receiving, organizing, loading, unloading, and tracking IT equipment and accessories.

<br>Reporting: Report completed installations, technical issues, equipment discrepancies, and pending tasks to the operations team.

<br>Team collaboration: Coordinate with the procurement, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of deliveries and projects.

<br>Diploma or technical education in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
<br>
<br>Practical experience in IT technical support, hardware installation, or field service.
<br>
<br>Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, laptops, desktops, printers, and common IT peripherals.

<br>Basic knowledge of networking, including routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and IP configuration.
<br>
<br>Ability to diagnose and resolve common hardware and software problems independently.

<br>Willingness to perform frequent on-site visits, equipment deliveries, installations, and physical handling of IT equipment.

<br>Good communication skills and a professional approach when dealing with clients.
