<p>Liban Lait S.A.L. is looking for an experienced LWR Supervisor to oversee the daily operation, monitoring, and performance of our Liquid Waste Recovery (LWR) system at the dairy farm.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Supervise daily LWR operations and operators.</li><li>Monitor treatment performance, flow rates, tank levels, pH, TSS, TDS, and water recovery.</li><li>Ensure proper operation of pumps, mixers, filters, dosing systems, presses, and related equipment.</li><li>Manage chemical dosing, consumption, and safe handling.</li><li>Conduct daily equipment inspections and coordinate maintenance activities.</li><li>Identify operational issues and perform basic troubleshooting.</li><li>Maintain accurate operational and maintenance records.</li><li>Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety procedures, and environmental requirements.</li><li>Train and guide operators on proper system operation and safety.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Technical diploma with strong practical experience in wastewater treatment.</p><p>Experience in wastewater/water treatment, industrial utilities, dairy/food & beverage wastewater, agricultural waste, or liquid waste recovery.</p><p>Hands-on knowledge of wastewater treatment equipment and processes.</p><p>Practical understanding of pumps, piping, chemical dosing, filtration, clarification, solid-liquid separation, and Reverse Osmosis (RO).</p><p>Strong supervisory, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</p>
<p>Job Duties:<br> - Prepare orders and deliver to delivery and reception supervisor every morning and sometimes afternoon in case any truck comes early<br> - Follow up the cleanliness of the warehouse daily<br> - Prepare list of items needed to warehouse in order to have full quantities to avoid any missing products needed to preparation<br> - Checkup dates of products needed to be loaded by FIFO<br> - Prepare Cash van inventory every 2 weeks for four drivers <br> - Prepare Near expiry and surplus drivers inventory weekly and send it by mail to accounting department<br> - Prepare Local inventory by counting all items existing in the warehouse monthly in the low season and yearly at the end of each year<br> - Received returns from warehouse keeper and distribute to the right place<br> - Check goods needed to be repaired with changing boxes and cartons <br> - Fix boxes and repair offers to be able to be sent to market<br> - Follow up damaged products from porters and check if we can fix</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 2 years' experience in similar position</li><li>Basic Computer skills</li></ul>
