We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Generalist to manage and support key HR functions across recruitment, employee relations, performance, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement.

<br>Ensure compliance with Lebanese labor law, NSSF, health, and safety regulations.
<br>Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
<br>Prepare HR reports, KPIs, and workforce analytics.
<br>Work closely with management and Branch Managers to address staffing and HR needs.
<br>Requirements:

<br>Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
<br>Minimum 7 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HR management role.
<br>Strong knowledge of Lebanese labor law and NSSF regulations.
<br>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
<br>High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
<br>Strong organizational and leadership skills.
<br>Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
<br>Hospitality or restaurant experience is highly preferred.
<br>HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) is a plus
Role Purpose
<br>The Sales Associate is responsible for customer satisfaction and achieve best possible sales results serving customers in the shop and providing with their needs in a suitable manner in order to ensure a high level of customer service

<br>Greet customers, serve and provide them with their needs in a suitable manner with a high level of customer service
<br>Assist customers in their demanded products and in their purchase decisions, offering them suitable advices
<br>Arrange and replenish throughout the day the displayed items on structures ensuring that the shop floor and structures are tidy and well organized at all times
<br>Arrange and display received merchandise under the control of the Shop Manager keeping the merchandise well displayed
<br>Fill information for any alteration needed in the alteration book after taking measurements in collaboration with tailor when needed for any detail
<br>Change tag prices of products during promotion periods or as needed
<br>Raise new received boxes; receive items as per the shop procedure (Barcode, Alarm, and Price) insuring that items do match the checklist. Classify and store (perfect storage) extra items in the Stockroom on a daily basis insuring that are displayed on the shop floor
<br>Prevent security risks and thefts and escalate occurring incidents to the manager in charge avoiding loss
An industrial company in Nahr Ibrahim is seeking for a Merchandiser to cover the North area.
<br> Ensures that all display contracts are being honored and takes action when not in compliance after informing key account sales representative.
<br> Ensures that all products on the shelves are organized, clean, and filled based on preset planograms,
<br> Ensures that all products (on shelves and in Warehouse) are stored based on the recommended storage conditions
<br> Perform regular stock counts (on shelves and warehouse)
<br> Regularly and when requested send photos to sales manager of displays (primary, secondary, etc…)
<br> Follows the predefined allocated call cycle unless instructed otherwise by modern trade sales manager
<br> Aggressively seeks to increase the company’s brands’ shelf space when no written contracts are available after consulting with modern trade sales manager
<br> Executes all promotional material and secondary display deployment (gondolas, shelf talkers, danglers , brochures, flyers, posters, stands, pyramids, etc…) missions
<br> Promotes company goods when requested to do so
<br> Ensure that old products are sold ahead of their expiration date and inform sales representative when action needs to be taken
<br> Send Requests for Returns to sales representative in case of damaged products
<br> Progressively build effective business relationships with shelf personnel and store managers and owners
<br> Inform Modern trade sales manager about any customer complaints or discrepancies in displays or anything else that is deemed unusual
<br> Monitor company’s and competitor’s shelf prices and fill the daily reports
<br> Proposes ideas for promotions and visibility which have an impact on sales to modern trade sales manger
<br> Fill and submit any type of required reports by modern trade sales manager (daily or monthly)

Job Description
<br>• Oversee and manage the end-to-end accounts payable process across all restaurant branches, ensuring invoices are accurately verified, coded, and processed in a timely manner.
<br>
<br>• Review and approve invoice matching (three-way match against purchase orders, delivery notes, and receiving reports) performed by AP staff, and resolve escalated discrepancies.
<br>
<br>• Supervise, guide, and review the work of Accounts Payable Specialists/clerks, ensuring adherence to internal controls, policies, and deadlines.
<br>
<br>• Review and approve weekly/monthly payment runs (checks, bank transfers, or online payments), ensuring alignment with vendor terms, approval hierarchies, and cash flow requirements.
<br>
<br>• Serve as the senior point of contact for suppliers on payment matters, contract terms, pricing disputes, and relationship management, including leading negotiations on payment terms and settlement of significant balances.
<br>
<br>• Perform and/or review monthly reconciliations of vendor statements and the AP subledger against the general ledger, ensuring full resolution of aged or disputed items.
<br>
<br>• Monitor and analyze food, beverage, and supply costs across branches, flagging cost variances and working with operations/procurement teams to support cost control initiatives.
<br>
<br>• Ensure accurate month-end and year-end close activities related to AP, including accruals for unbilled goods/services, prepayments, and AP aging analysis.
<br>
<br>• Prepare AP-related management reports (aging summary, cash outflow forecasts, vendor spend analysis) for senior management and support budgeting/forecasting related to payables.
<br>
<br>• Ensure compliance with tax regulations (VAT, withholding tax, etc.), company policies, and statutory requirements across all locations.
<br>
<br>• Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules, providing documentation, and addressing auditor queries related to accounts payable.
<br>
<br>• Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and stronger internal controls across the AP function in a multi-branch environment.
<br>
<br>• Coordinate with the procurement/purchasing department to ensure proper approval workflows and to prevent duplicate or unauthorized payments.
<br>
<br>• Assist in evaluating and onboarding new suppliers from a financial and payment-terms perspective.
<br>Job Requirements
<br>• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
<br>• Experience: 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2–3 years in a senior or supervisory accounts payable role, preferably within the restaurant, hospitality, retail, or multi-branch/multi-unit environment.
<br>
<br>• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in accounting/ERP software and advanced Excel skills. Experience with POS and inventory management systems is a plus, given the need to reconcile purchasing and cost data across branches.
<br>
<br>• Attention to Detail & Accuracy: High level of precision in reviewing large volumes of financial transactions and reconciliations across multiple locations.
<br>
<br>• Negotiation & Communication Skills: Strong ability to negotiate payment terms with suppliers and communicate effectively with vendors, branch managers, procurement, and senior management.
<br>
<br>• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze cost trends, identify discrepancies, and recommend process or control improvements.
<br>
<br>• Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple priorities, vendors, and branches simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
<br>
<br>• Integrity & Confidentiality: High level of trustworthiness in handling sensitive financial, vendor, and company data.
<br>
<br>• Ability to Work Under Pressure: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-transaction-volume, multi-branch restaurant environment, particularly during peak periods.
