<p>A globally recognized luxury hospitality brand is seeking Chef de Partie who will be responsible for managing and supporting the pastry/dessert section within the Central Kitchen. The role assists the Pastry Chef in daily production activities, ensures consistent quality and presentation, maintains food safety and hygiene standards, and controls stock, costs, and wastage within the designated section. Job Summary : We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Fit-Out Architect with 10–15 years of experience in fit-out projects to join our construction team.

<br>The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing architectural fit-out works on site, coordinating with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers, and ensuring that works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, project schedules, and safety requirements.
<br>Key Responsibilities: Site & Fit-Out Management
<br>Supervise and manage all architectural and interior fit-out works on site.
<br>Ensure that works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
<br>Monitor daily site activities and ensure proper sequencing and coordination of works.
<br>Review construction details and resolve technical and architectural issues arising on site.

<br>Coordinate with procurement and subcontractors to ensure materials and works are available as required by the project schedule.
<br>Support the Project Manager in achieving project milestones and completion targets.
<br>Quality Control

<br>Conduct regular site inspections and monitor the quality of finishing works.
<br>Prepare and follow up on snagging and de-snagging activities.

<br>Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
<br>10–15 years of professional experience, with significant experience in fit-out, interior, commercial, residential, hospitality, or similar construction projects.
<br>Proven experience working in a construction/contracting company and managing architectural works on site.
<br>Strong knowledge of construction methods, architectural finishes, and fit-out execution.
<br>Strong ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and shop drawings.
<br>Experience in coordinating subcontractors and multiple project disciplines.
<br>Experience in project handover, snagging, and defect management.
<br>Strong knowledge of construction specifications, materials, and quality requirements.
<br>Experience with AutoCAD is required; knowledge of Revit and/or other BIM software is an advantage.

The engineer will work closely with resellers using proradius platform, ensuring stable onboarding, configuration, and operation of PPPoE users across multiple network architectures.
