<br> Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Service Engineer at SOLARCARE SAL located in Beirut. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for the safe operation of our solar panel cleaning robots, conducting preventive maintenance works on solar energy installations and performing system testing.
