<p><strong>Education</strong><br>
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.</p>
<p><strong>Experience</strong><br>
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, with proven experience delivering complex enterprise IT projects. Demonstrated experience managing projects throughout the full project lifecycle. Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments.</p>
<p><strong>Technical & professional skills</strong><br>
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices. Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and third-party service providers. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.</p>

<p><h4>Summary of position:</h4>
<p>The assistant project manager’s responsibilities will include but may not be limited to: assist with the development and execution of project plans and schedules to execute scope safely, efficiently, and cost effectively; monitor project performance (cost, schedule, scope changes, safety, and quality); identify resource requirements such as manpower and equipment; ensure all work is planned, including outages, permits, etc. Other duties as required to accomplish the objectives of the position.</p>
