<br>• Ensure efficient workflow and proper use of warehouse space.

<br>• Control stock and ensure accuracy in quantity and quality.
<br>• Supervise daily and monthly physical inventory counts.
<br>• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

<br>3-Order Processing and Dispatch
<br>• Supervise preparation and verification of orders before dispatch.
<br>• Ensure orders are prepared accurately and delivered on time.
<br>• Coordinate delivery schedules with the Credit Control Manager, sales team and logistics staff.

<br>4-Documentation and Administration
<br>• Verify delivery documents such as SDVs and invoices.
<br>• Oversee warehouse administrative tasks and documentation.

<br>5-Fleet and Delivery Management
<br>• Coordinate delivery operations and transportation activities.
<br>• Monitor truck availability and scheduling.
<br>• Follow up on truck maintenance and ensure vehicle cleanliness and readiness.
<br>• Conduct regular inspections of delivery trucks.
<br>6-Security, Safety, and Compliance
<br>• Ensure warehouse security by monitoring doors, cameras, and access control.
<br>• Ensure fire alarm systems and safety equipment are functioning properly.
<br>• Maintain compliance with company safety procedures and regulations.

<br>7-Facilities and Equipment Maintenance
<br>• Oversee maintenance of warehouse premises, lifts, generators, and machinery.
<br>• Coordinate pest control and facility maintenance activities.
