Job Summary
<br>The company is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman with experience in both architectural and civil drafting to join our construction engineering and contracting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documents that support design, tendering, and construction activities across multiple projects.
<br>Key Responsibilities
<br>• Prepare architectural and civil drawings (plans, sections, elevations, details) using AutoCAD and other relevant software, based on engineers' and architects' sketches, specifications, and instructions.
<br>• Develop shop drawings, working drawings, and construction detail drawings for site execution.
<br>• Prepare and update as-built drawings following site changes and instructions.
<br>• Coordinate drawings between architectural, civil, structural, and MEP disciplines to ensure consistency and avoid clashes.
<br>• Assist in quantity take-offs and material schedules based on drawings.
<br>• Review site measurements and incorporate site data into drawings.
<br>• Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, project specifications, and relevant local building codes/regulations.
<br>• Maintain organized drawing records, revisions, and documentation (drawing registers, revision logs).
<br>• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and consultants to resolve drawing discrepancies.
<br>• Support the preparation of tender and submittal drawings.
<br>• Ensure timely delivery of drawings according to project schedules.
<br>Qualifications & Requirements
<br>• Diploma or Associate Degree in Architectural/Civil Drafting, Architecture, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent technical certification).
<br>• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a draftsman in a construction, engineering, or contracting company.
<br>• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D); knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or Civil 3D is a plus.
<br>• Solid understanding of architectural and civil drawing standards, construction detailing, and building codes.
<br>• Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, and civil drawings and specifications.
<br>• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical documentation.

Follow up on production records and manufacturing batch records to ensure they are filled adequately as per good documentation practices, that no errors have occurred or, if errors have occurred, that they have been fully investigated, and make sure they are signed by the authorized person.</li><li>b. Retain records in accordance with approved procedures, GMP, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 15378:2017 and regulatory requirements.</li><li>c. Report immediately and participate in any deviation, out of specification, non-conforming product, maintenance request and change control request.</li><li>d. Monitor and ensure compliance with the requirements of GMP and ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 15378:2017.</li><li>b. Conduct self-inspection in order to monitor the implementation and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice principles and to propose necessary corrective measures.</li></ul><p>5. Premises and equipment:</p><ul><li>a. Coordinate with maintenance team to avoid interruptions in production schedule.</li><li>b. Ensure the calibration, qualification and maintenance of his/her department, premises and equipment.</li><li>c. Ensure all premises are clean before any processing or packaging activities begin and are free from any products, materials or documents previously used if these are not required for the current operation.</li><li>d. Ensure that manufacturing equipment are cleaned according to detailed and written procedures and stored in adequate.</li><li>e.
