We are looking for an experienced and hands-on F&B Operations Manager to oversee and manage the full day-to-day operation of our F&B business. The ideal candidate should have strong operational experience across kitchen, front of house, staff management, delivery, inventory, and overall restaurant operations.

<br>Strong knowledge of inventory management, food cost, labor cost, wastage, and operational controls.

<br>Education Experience and Skills
<br>• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
<br>• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in operations, warehousing, logistics, stock control, fleet, or technical service, including at least 3 years in a management role.
