<br>We are hiring a Cost & Inventory Control Manager to join the Accounting team. This role owns the full cost-and-inventory cycle , from production costing through purchasing , and acts as the bridge between operations data and financial reporting. The role is based onsite in Beirut, with the possibility of shifting to a hybrid/remote arrangement later once processes are established.

<br>Oversee production costing: build and maintain standard costs, track cost variances, and report on production cost performance.
<br>Manage inventory control: monitor stock accuracy, reconcile physical vs. system inventory, and investigate discrepancies.
<br>Lead purchasing oversight: review purchase orders, evaluate supplier pricing, and ensure procurement aligns with cost targets.
<br>Partner with the accounting team on month-end close items related to inventory valuation, COGS, and cost accruals.
<br>Identify and flag process gaps in the costing, inventory, or purchasing workflow, and recommend fixes.
<br>Maintain documentation and controls around inventory and cost accounting in line with company policy.
<br>Provide regular reporting to finance leadership on cost trends, inventory health, and purchasing performance.

<br>3–5+ years of experience in cost accounting, inventory control, or purchasing (ideally in food & beverage, retail, or manufacturing).

<br>Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Enquest, SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferred.

<br>The QA/QC Officer is responsible for the inspection of work packages completed to ensure they meet established quality standards of reliability, usability and performance. They closely work with the Engineering, Installation and Maintenance teams to ensure our company deliverables meet and exceed client expectations.

<br>Main Duties:
<br>• Monitor the installation process for quality, health and safety, and abidance by shop drawings, technical proposal and material submittals
<br>• Conduct on-site quality assessments of installed projects to ensure that work methods are in line with Quality Inspection plans and are well understood by concerned supervisors
<br>• Create/maintain and provide data/drawings that meet or exceed the clients’ needs, budgets, and expectations
<br>• Respond to ER's (Engineering Request of change) or equivalent for product corrections and improvements
<br>• Prepare documentation of the inspection process including performance records and detailed reports
<br>• Reviews reports and confers with engineering to solve work-related problems and improve our company’s value proposition
<br>• Report to the Engineering team on any discrepancies on the project execution status, and suggest problem resolution in coordination with the Head of Installation to commission and hand over the project on time
<br>• Assist in handling foreign supplier orders including material quantity, quality & prices.

<br>Qualifications:
<br>• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

<br>• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD software, Microsoft Office, and Adobe

<br>- Handle general administrative tasks, records, filing, and company documentation.

<br>- Handle purchasing administrative activities, including purchase requests, quotations, purchase orders, supplier follow-up, and related documentation.

<br>- Coordinate administrative requirements and provide support to concerned departments.

<br>- Assist in implementing, monitoring, and improving the Quality Management System (ISO 9001).

<br>- Prepare, review, update, and control procedures, policies, forms, and quality records.

<br>Qualifications

<br>- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in manufacture industry. Experience in QMS is a plus.
