<br>The Store Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, achieving sales targets, ensuring an excellent customer experience, and leading and developing the store team.

<br>Key Responsibilities
<br>Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
<br>Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve sales objectives.
<br>Monitor sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).

<br>Manage stock levels, replenishment, inventory, and store organization.
<br>Ensure the store follows Petit Bateau's visual merchandising and brand standards.
<br>Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance and performance.
<br>Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
<br>Ensure the store is clean, organized, and presented to the highest standards.
<br>Prepare regular sales and operational reports for management.
<br>Support the team in achieving monthly and annual business targets.
<br>Requirements
<br>Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or similar retail management position.
<br>Proven experience in fashion or premium retail is preferred.
<br>Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
<br>Customer-focused with excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
<br>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
<br>Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
<br>Good command of English and Arabic; French is a plus.
<br>Strong knowledge of MS Office and basic retail reporting.
<br>Availability to work according to retail hours, including weekends and holidays
As a Housekeeping Supervisor Intern, you play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of guestrooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Your responsibilities include overseeing the housekeeping team, implementing cleaning schedules, and maintaining high standards. You lead by example, fostering a positive and efficient work environment, while actively contributing to the overall guest satisfaction and operational excellence of the hotel.

<br>- Organize and assign daily tasks to Housekeeping Attendants, ensuring efficient service on guest floors.
<br>- Provide necessary resources, such as keys and supplies, to Housekeeping Attendants for their daily tasks.
<br>- Handle guest requests and complaints with care, ensuring effective resolution to enhance guest satisfaction.
<br>- Inspect guest rooms regularly, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to the hotel's quality assurance standards.
<br>- Monitor room status and communicate effectively with the Front Office Department for efficient operations.
<br>- Report damaged items and broken equipment to the Engineering Department and follow set procedures for lost and found items.
<br>- Order Housekeeping supplies on time and manage inventory procedures to maintain sufficient stock levels.
<br>- Evaluate Housekeeping Attendant performance, providing feedback and reporting any issues to the Head of Housekeeping.
<br>- Train Room Attendants on Standards of Performance (SOPs) to maintain desired performance levels and uphold quality assurance standards.

He/ She will also be responsible for ensuring an ongoing & punctual replenishment process at the store.</p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Greet customers, offer assistance and serve them in order to ensure their needs are answered in a timely manner and in compliance with quality and customer service standards.</li><li>Arrange and replenish on a continuous basis the store shelves and ensure that the store floor and shelves are kept clean and tidy at all times in alignment with the store image and coordination standards.</li><li>Receive merchandize, count it physically and electronically in order to ensure accuracy of information and inspect its quality to report discrepancies.</li><li>Perform accurate stock rotation of items (To/From Stores & Warehouse) under the supervision of the manager on duty.</li><li>Organize the stockroom related to the store to conserve high level of stock replenishment.</li><li>Classify, store and tag items in the warehouse on a daily basis as per store procedures and items' characteristics, in order to ensure timely finding and release of products.</li><li>Participate in the inventory of products and report the end-of-day inventory status to Store Manager.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><strong>JOB REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><ul><li>Education: High School Degree</li><li>Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in the sales field.</li><li>Linguistic Skills: Advanced in English & Arabic, French is a plus.</li><li>Computer Skills: Good knowledge in Ms. Office.</li></ul>
<p>Lead and oversee all Housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, laundry, linen, and uniform services. Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and room presentation are consistently maintained throughout the hotel. Develop and implement procedures to improve operational efficiency and service quality. Monitor room readiness and work closely with the Front Office and Engineering teams to ensure seamless guest experiences. Prepare and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, inventory, and operating expenses. Oversee the procurement and control of housekeeping supplies, equipment, linen, and guest amenities. Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to maintain quality standards. Analyze operational performance and implement initiatives to improve productivity and guest satisfaction. Recruit, train, coach, and develop the Housekeeping team while fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 8 10 years of progressive Housekeeping experience, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry. Experience in a luxury or internationally recognized hotel brand is preferred. Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, laundry management, inventory control, quality assurance, and hygiene standards. Proven experience in budgeting, cost control, and workforce planning. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems (PMS).</p>
