Job Summary : We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Fit-Out Architect with 10–15 years of experience in fit-out projects to join our construction team.

<br>Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
<br>10–15 years of professional experience, with significant experience in fit-out, interior, commercial, residential, hospitality, or similar construction projects.

<br>Strong knowledge of construction methods, architectural finishes, and fit-out execution.

<h5>Technical & Project Responsibilities</h5>

<li>Prepare and review BOQs and quantity take-offs.</li>
<li>Monitor cost control, quantities, material usage, and project expenses.</li>
<li>Prepare and follow up on project planning and schedules.</li>
<li>Follow up on construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.</li>
<li>Track variations and changes occurring during construction.</li>
<li>Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients when required.</li>
</ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul>
<li>Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering.</li>
<li>2 3 years of site/construction experience.</li>
<li>Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, BOQ preparation, cost control, and scheduling.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage site responsibilities.</li>
<li>Valid driving license and own car are essential.</li>
