<br>Responsibilities
<br>Lead and manage construction projects from planning and mobilization through completion and handover.
<br>Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, manpower, resources, and execution plans.
<br>Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved specifications and quality standards.
<br>Coordinate and supervise civil, architectural, and MEP works to ensure proper integration and timely execution.
<br>Manage project teams, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
<br>Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, contracts, method statements, and technical submissions.
<br>Coordinate closely with MEP teams to ensure proper installation, testing, commissioning, and integration of MEP systems with civil and architectural works.
<br>Monitor project progress and identify delays, risks, technical issues, and potential cost overruns.
<br>Implement corrective actions and ensure timely resolution of project issues.
<br>Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and payment applications in coordination with the commercial and finance teams.
<br>Ensure the availability of required materials, equipment, manpower, and subcontractors.
<br>Conduct regular site and coordination meetings and follow up on action items.
<br>Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contractual requirements, and applicable codes and standards.
<br>Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
<br>Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover activities.
<br>Prepare regular project status reports for senior management and clients.

<br>Qualifications & Experience
<br>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
<br>Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management.
<br>Proven experience as a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager in construction projects.
<br>Strong experience in MEP coordination and project execution is required.
<br>Experience managing multidisciplinary projects involving civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other MEP systems.
<br>Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, scheduling, cost control, contracts, and project coordination.
<br>Experience working with consultants, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
<br>Knowledge of project management and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project is an advantage
