• Oral & Written Expression: the ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking and writing so others will understand
The role
You'll be working alongside our Delivery team on real client infrastructure and internal company platforms. You'll get hands-on with core AWS services, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines, while learning how Digico Solutions uses Claude, agentic coding tools, and MCP-based workflows to move faster across engagements.
This is an onsite role at our Beirut office

What you'll do
Support delivery engineers on live client engagements: provisioning basic AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS), troubleshooting, and documenting as you go.
Build and maintain GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines — build, test, deploy stages — under engineer review.
Write and debug Dockerfiles; get comfortable with basic Kubernetes concepts (pods, deployments, services) through guided tasks, not solo ownership.
Use Claude, agentic coding tools, and Anthropic Skills/MCP as part of your daily workflow — for scripting, debugging, documentation, and repetitive delivery tasks — and give feedback on where they help or fall short.
Keep your task tracker (Linear) and documentation (Notion) up to date as you go — this is how you learn our delivery discipline, not paperwork for its own sake.
Shadow client calls and internal architecture discussions to see how design decisions get made.

What you'll bring
A degree in progress or recently completed in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Basic working knowledge of AWS core services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC) — coursework, personal projects, or certifications all count.
Some exposure to Docker and a basic conceptual understanding of Kubernetes (Production experience is not required).
Comfort using Git/GitHub, and enough scripting (Python or Bash) to automate small tasks.
Strong written English and Arabic.
Curiosity, reliability, and a willingness to ask questions rather than guess on client-facing work.
Nice to have
AWS Cloud Practitioner certification.
Any personal or academic project involving CI/CD, containers, or infrastructure-as-code.
Prior exposure to Terraform.
Familiarity with the concept of MCP (Model Context Protocol) or agentic workflows, even at a conceptual level.

What we offer
Real engagements, real accountability. Your work touches actual client infrastructure under senior review.
Direct mentorship from delivery engineers and the Engineering Team Lead.
A stipend for the 3-month duration.
A strong shot for a full-time offer if the fit is right
Job Location is Oman.

To lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of competitive, technically sound, and commercially viable proposals for infrastructure and road construction projects. The Senior Proposal Engineer ensures that all proposals align with client requirements, project constraints, and company capabilities.
• Ensure constructability, execution sequencing, and methodologies are optimized for site conditions and client expectations.
• Suggest value engineering solutions and identify execution risks.
• Identify manpower, equipment, and material needs based on project scope and duration.
• Validate technical drawings, BOQs, and quantities for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with planning teams to develop construction schedules and resource histograms.
• Develop unit rates using current market pricing, labor/productivity norms, and equipment utilization.
• Identify scope gaps or inconsistencies in tender documents and highlight commercial risks.
• Coordinate with the sourcing team to collect, evaluate, and integrate vendor/subcontractor quotations.
• Perform quotation comparisons and select competitive, compliant options for pricing.
• Clearly document pricing assumptions, inclusions, exclusions, and contingencies.
• Maintain cost records and data for future reference and post-submission clarifications.
• Ensure all commercial documents comply with client requirements, forms, and internal formats.
