<p>Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, we are looking for a Maintenance Planner / Scheduler to lead maintenance planning and scheduling activities at our Indiana facility. As the primary owner of maintenance planning and scheduling, you will play a critical role in improving equipment reliability, maximizing plant uptime, and supporting safe, efficient operations. You will ensure maintenance work is prioritized, planned, and executed effectively while partnering closely with Maintenance, Operations, and external service providers.
