<p>Lead and oversee all Housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, laundry, linen, and uniform services.</p><p>Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and room presentation are consistently maintained throughout the hotel.</p><p>Develop and implement procedures to improve operational efficiency and service quality.</p><p>Monitor room readiness and work closely with the Front Office and Engineering teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.</p><p>Prepare and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, inventory, and operating expenses.</p><p>Oversee the procurement and control of housekeeping supplies, equipment, linen, and guest amenities.</p><p>Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.</p><p>Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to maintain quality standards.</p><p>Analyze operational performance and implement initiatives to improve productivity and guest satisfaction.</p><p>Recruit, train, coach, and develop the Housekeeping team while fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 8 10 years of progressive Housekeeping experience, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.</li><li>Experience in a luxury or internationally recognized hotel brand is preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, laundry management, inventory control, quality assurance, and hygiene standards.</li><li>Proven experience in budgeting, cost control, and workforce planning.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems (PMS).</li></ul>
