In this role, you will play a vital part in expanding our merchant network and fostering long-term relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and approaching potential merchants, showcasing the value of joining the Toters platform, and supporting a seamless onboarding process.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the acquisition of top restaurant and local store partners, engaging with key contacts and generating leads through various outreach methods.</li><li>Understand the unique needs of each partner, proposing tailored solutions and presenting the benefits of Toters products and services to maximize their potential on our platform.</li><li>Support data-informed negotiations, track KPIs, and prepare internal reports to monitor progress toward set objectives.</li><li>Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities, collaborating with the marketing team on campaigns that attract potential merchants.</li><li>Gather feedback from merchants and customers to identify areas for platform and service improvements, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.</li><li>Attend industry events and networking functions to build relationships within the local business community and strengthen connections with existing merchants.</li><li>Utilize CRM tools to manage pipelines, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall merchant experience.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within e-commerce or delivery services.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience using data analysis tools.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.</li><li>Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills; training in sales or negotiation is a bonus but not required.</li><li>Effective verbal and written communication abilities.</li><li>Goal-oriented, with a focus on achieving business development objectives.</li><li>Adaptable to changing circumstances and a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Knowledge of the local market and trends is an advantage.</li><li>BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.</li></ul>
