Aspire Software is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer, (AI) to join our team in Lebanon.
Here is a little window into our company: Aspire Software operates and manages wholly owned software companies, providing mission-critical solutions across multiple verticals.
By implementing industry best practices, Aspire delivers a time sensitive integration process, and the operation of a decentralized model has allowed it to become a hub for creating rapid growth by reinvesting in its portfolio.
About the Role: As a Forward Deployed Engineer (AI) , you embed directly with our businesses to design and ship AI-powered solutions against real, often messy, problems.
You'll move between companies and domains — building a retrieval pipeline for one business one month, standing up an agent workflow for another the next.
You own problems end to end: understand the domain, scope the solution, build it, and get it into production.
This is fundamentally a builder's role.
We care far more about whether you can turn a problem into working software with modern AI tooling than about the title you held before.
That means we're open to two kinds of people: experienced software developers , and senior product managers (or others from a product background) who have the technical know-how to actually build things themselves.
If you can ship, and you're fluent with AI tooling, the lane you came from matters less than what you can do with it.
Why This Role Is Different Hard problems, real impact.
The projects are demanding and technically ambitious — you'll work at the frontier of what current AI tooling makes possible, on systems people actually depend on.
Breadth no single company can offer.
Across finance, logistics, education, government, and automotive, you'll see a far wider range of problems, data, and constraints than you would inside one product — and get sharp at recognizing patterns across all of them.
Latest tools, encouraged.
We expect you to use the best available AI development tools and to push them hard.
Experimentation is part of the job, not a side project.
Genuinely generous with tooling.
This is one of the real perks of the role.
Our leadership structure lets us purchase tools quickly, and we're open about which AI toolsets you use — if a tool will make you faster or better, we'll get it for you without a drawn-out approval process.
Autonomy. You're trusted to go deep into a business, figure out what's worth building, and ship it.
What You'll Do Embed with portfolio businesses to identify, scope, and build AI-powered solutions to high-value problems.
Design and build RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) pipelines and agentic systems that integrate with each business's data and workflows.
Integrate large language models via APIs ( Anthropic Claude, OpenAI / GPT , and others) into production applications.
Use AI-native development tools ( Cursor, Claude, Windsurf ) and automation platforms ( n8n and similar) to build and ship quickly.
Take projects from problem framing through to deployed, maintainable software.
Move fluidly between business domains, ramping up fast on unfamiliar industries and codebases.
The non-negotiable is that you can build.
Beyond that, we recognize two paths into this role: Senior software developers — you've built and shipped real systems and can operate independently.
(In rare cases we'll consider a less experienced developer who is exceptionally strong with AI tooling, but senior experience is the norm.
) Senior product managers / product backgrounds — you've worked in a product or product-management role and have the genuine technical know-how to build things yourself, not just spec them.
If you can take a problem and ship a working AI-powered solution, your product instincts are a real asset here.
Whichever path you come from, we also expect: Hands-on experience with AI-native tools such as Cursor, Claude, and Windsurf , and a genuine interest in AI more broadly.
Comfort integrating AI APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, and others) into real applications.
The ability to own ambiguous problems end to end and ship.
Adaptability — you enjoy jumping into new domains and getting productive quickly.
Nice to Have Experience building RAG pipelines in production.
Experience building agents / agentic workflows.
Familiarity with n8n or similar automation / orchestration platforms.
Exposure to any of our verticals: finance, logistics, education, government, or automotive.
Tools & Technologies You'll Work With Anthropic Claude · OpenAI / GPT · Cursor · Windsurf · RAG pipelines · AI agents · n8n · LLM APIs

We are looking for a true visual artist—not just a software operator. We need a Junior to Mid-Level Motion Graphic Animator and Video Editor who breathes life into concepts through exceptional design, storytelling, and movement.

Whether you are a rising talent or an established mid-level creator, your core strength must be your creativity. The digital landscape is shifting, and we are heavily integrating AI into our creative pipelines. We want a creative mind who uses traditional animation principles, video editing skills, and cutting-edge AI tools like Higgsfield.ai and Suno.com to push boundaries. If you understand rhythm, composition, and art direction, and view AI as a powerful new brush rather than a replacement for artistic vision, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do
------------------
• Conceptualize and Create: Lead the visual storytelling process from storyboard to final render. You will design, animate, and produce high-quality motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media, and brand assets.
• Edit & Animate: Seamlessly blend motion graphics with live-action footage. You will be responsible for full video editing workflows and adding dynamic, high-quality animations to real videos for digital campaigns, social media, and brand assets.
• Pioneer AI Workflows: Seamlessly integrate AI tools into our production pipeline. You will use Higgsfield.ai for rapid video generation, character movement, and stylistic exploration, and leverage Suno.com to generate, cut, and mix custom audio and soundtracks that perfectly fit the mood of your animations.
• Maintain Artistic Integrity: Ensure that every piece of content feels human, curated, and intentionally designed. You will take raw AI outputs and refine them using traditional motion graphic techniques (After Effects, Premiere) to meet high-end agency standards.
• Collaborate across Teams: Work closely with our tech lead, copywriters, and project managers to translate client objectives into visually compelling narratives.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously experiment with new AI video and audio models, pitching new visual formats and workflow improvements to the team.

Who You Are
-----------------
The Artist First: You have a strong foundational background in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Video Production, or Animation. You understand color theory, typography, framing, and pacing. You are a creator, not just an executor waiting for instructions.

Experience Level: You are a Junior or Mid-Level professional (1 to 5 years of experience). We care more about your portfolio, raw talent, and creative eye than the number of years on your resume.

Proficient Editor & Animator: You have mastery over industry-standard video editing and animation software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).

AI Enthusiast & Problem Solver: You have demonstrable, hands-on experience using AI generation platforms—specifically Higgsfield and Suno—or a strong, proven capability to learn and master them quickly. You know how to troubleshoot when an AI model doesn't give you exactly what you want, using your traditional skills to bridge the gap.

Adaptable & Autonomous: You thrive in a hybrid setup, capable of managing your own time and delivering polished work whether you are working remotely or collaborating in our Jbeil office.

What We Offer
Hybrid Flexibility: A balanced work environment with time split between remote work and our collaborative space in Jbeil.

Innovation-First Culture: Access to the latest AI tools, rendering software, and a team that encourages experimentation.

Creative Ownership: The freedom to shape the visual direction of major projects for local and international clients, growing your skills alongside the agency.

To Apply:

Please submit your resume alongside a portfolio or showreel. Important: Your reel must highlight your creativity, your video editing skills, your ability to integrate animation with live-action footage, and any examples of how you have utilized AI tools in your creative process

In Lebanon, Law No. 463/2002 established a framework for sentence reduction and entrusted this task to the Sentence Reduction Commission. Each of the two sub-commissions consists of a judge appointed by the Minister of Justice, the head of the prison's central directorate, a medical doctor specialized in psychiatry, and a social worker, with both specialists designated by the Minister of Justice. The director of the relevant prison or facility serves as an ad hoc member, depending on the case under review. To address the increasing workload, the Minister of Justice also appointed an additional social worker to support both sub-commissions. However, the Commission's operations have been quasi-paralyzed for over two years due to a lack of support for the medical doctors and social workers, who are essential for providing the necessary assessments for each case. This has hindered the Commission's ability to fulfill its critical role in addressing prison overcrowding. In this context, and as part of its ongoing commitment to improving access to justice, UNDP seeks to recruit two (2) Medical Doctors specialized in psychiatry to support the Commission in processing the cases of prisoners seeking sentence reduction.

Scope of work, responsibilities and description of the proposed analytical work Under the overall guidance of the project's Chief Technical Advisor or Project Officer, and in close coordination with the Commission of Reduction of Sentences, the Medical Doctors will support the Commission across the different governorates, according to the Commission's geographic distribution of files, by assessing prisoners' medical condition before sentence-reduction decisions are issued.

To achieve this objective, the Consultants are expected to:

Assess prisoners' files from a medical and psychiatric perspective.

Draft and submit scientific reports to the Commission to inform its sentence-reduction decisions.

Provide the necessary medical opinion regarding the reduction of a prisoner's sentence based on their medical and psychiatric condition.

Provide expert opinion during deliberations on the impact and relevance of mental-health factors in specific cases.

Collaborate with the Commission on any other required tasks.

Expected outputs and deliverables The Consultants are expected to complete the tasks and activities described above and submit bi-monthly progress reports. Each Medical Doctor must assess a minimum of 20 cases every two months. The reports shall describe progress in assessing inmates' cases and provide disaggregation by type of case, gender, age, geographic location, and nationality.

Institutional arrangements

The work is expected to start upon contract signature.

The Consultant will work under the overall guidance of the designated UNDP focal point, in close coordination with the Commission of Reduction of Sentences and its President.

The Consultant will rely on their own means of communication and transportation. Transportation and communication costs should be included in the Consultant's financial offer.

All title rights, copyrights, and other rights in any material produced under the Terms of Reference will be vested exclusively in UNDP. Any public mention or appearance related to the activity must acknowledge UNDP's ownership and be coordinated with and approved by UNDP.

In the event of any delay, the Consultant shall inform UNDP promptly so that decisions and remedial action may be taken. Delays affecting collaborative work or the timely delivery of outputs may lead to termination of the contract.

UNDP reserves the right to commission additional inputs, reviews, or revisions as needed to ensure the quality and relevance of the work.

Duration of work The assigned duration for this consultancy is four (4) months, without exceeding five (5) working days per month.
