About the job The main challenges: Due to the funding situation and the merger of the Finance and HR departments, the size of the Administration Department has been significantly reduced over the past period. While the mission was able to secure additional funding resources, the current team structure has not been sufficient to fully absorb the increasing workload and support demands. Key challenges included: * Delays in accounting closure and financial reporting processes due to limited staffing capacity. * Capacity constraints within the Administration Department in the bases following the restructuring. * Increased volume of activities resulting from the ongoing emergency response. * A high number of project audits, and donor reports requiring financial and administrative support. * Increased demand for operational support across bases and departments despite reduced human resources.
