<br>This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Dekwaneh. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries and complaints, process phone and online orders, and provide customers with accurate information and assistance throughout the online purchasing and after purchasing experience.
<br>The role includes coordinating with the Sales, Warehouse, and other relevant teams to ensure orders and customer requests are handled efficiently.
