<p>A reputable Intenrational Company in Beirut is seeking an Internal Audit Manager. The Internal Audit Manager will be responsible for leading the internal audit function. S/he will be responsible for establishing audit strategies and action plans that align with the company s vision and goals, ensuring effective monitoring of the internal control system. The Internal Audit Manager will propose the scope and contents of the General Audit Plan, including assurance and consulting activities, and ensure its efficient and timely execution. <li>Build rapport with prospects and identify key decision-makers and influencers.</li>
<li>Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the Sales team.</li>
<li>Educate prospects on Servme's platform, value proposition, and use cases.</li>
<li>Make regular in-person visits to prospective and existing clients across Lebanon to build relationships and support outbound efforts.</li>
<li>Nurture leads until they are sales-ready and hand off smoothly to Account Executives.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM and sales tools.</li>
<li>Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and targets.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.</li>
<li>Continuously refine outreach messaging, email templates, and call scripts.</li>
<li>Bring new ideas, creativity, and insights to improve SDR processes and performance.</li>

<h4>What are we looking for?</h4>
<ul>
<li>2–4 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or B2B sales</li>
<li>Proven ability to generate qualified opportunities through outbound and inbound channels</li>
<li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills</li>
<li>Comfortable with cold outreach and objection handling</li>
<li>Experience using CRM and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or other platforms)</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven SaaS environment</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li>
<li>Based in Beirut, Lebanon and able to work from the office daily — this is not a remote role</li>
<li>Willingness to travel locally for regular in-person client visits</li>
<li>Fluency in English and Arabic is required; French is a strong advantage</li>
