We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Payroll Officer to join our team in Dora. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in human resources and payroll administration and will support daily HR operations while ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.

<br>Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
<br>Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
<br>Handle attendance, leave management, and timesheets.
<br>Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee offboarding.
<br>Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
<br>Prepare HR reports and payroll-related documentation.
<br>Coordinate with finance and other departments on payroll matters.
<br>Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR and payroll.

Marketing Officer – Digital Marketing BEIRUT & REMOTELY Africa

<br>Key Responsibilities
<br>Develop and execute digital and online marketing strategies.
<br>Manage social media platforms, content calendars, campaigns, and online presence.
<br>Create and coordinate engaging marketing content for different platforms.
<br>Monitor digital campaign performance and prepare regular reports and insights.
<br>Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, and brand activities.
<br>Coordinate remotely with Sales teams, distributors, and partners across Africa.
<br>Adapt marketing strategies and content to the specific needs of African markets.
<br>Monitor market trends, competitors, customer behavior, and new digital opportunities.

<br>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
<br>3–5 years of experience in Marketing and Digital Marketing.
<br>Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
<br>Experience in content creation, campaign management, and digital analytics.
<br>Strong communication and coordination skills.
<br>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
<br>Strong English communication skills; French is a plus.
<br>Willingness to work for Beirut and coordinate remotely with teams across Africa.
<br>Experience with African markets is a plus. FMCG/food industry experience is a MUST

<br>Monitor and verify quality throughout production, including UHT and filling operations
<br>Conduct and supervise raw material, in-process, and finished product testing
<br>Monitor CCPs, HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000 requirements
<br>Investigate quality deviations and support RCA & CAPA
<br>Review QC records and laboratory results
<br>Coordinate closely with Production, QA, Maintenance, and R&D
<br>Supervise and support QC/Laboratory technicians

<br> Requirements:
